ISC, what do we need to do

Step 1: Arrivals

Meeting at the airport.


Step 2: Buy tickets

You can buy it in the PID Litacka app.

Open the application.

I think you should buy a 90-minute ticket. You can pay by card. You can purchase your ticket upon arrival.


Step 3: Go to Masaryk

You need to check into the Masarykova dormitory. Link here.

You can view information about your accommodation on this website .


Step 4: ISIC

To take advantage of discounts for students, you need to get a Czech ISIC.

You need to go to the CTU Card Center.

On 9.2. and 12.-14.2.2024 check-in capacity is primarily reserved for incoming Erasmus/Exchange students.

From 4.9.2023 the CTU Card Centre has been opened in a replacement operating premises, which are located in the street Jugoslávských partyzánů 1580/3, entrance B3, 3rd floor (above the Technical Canteen).

Prices

CTU student card with ISIC license: first issue/lost – 480 CZK, damage/change – 230 CZK, extension of ISIC validity – 250 CZK.

Step 5: Buy a Transport card

You can buy it at the Dejvická metro station.

To purchase a Transport card, you must provide proof of studies. The Buddy Pack envelope will contain proof of your studies.

Step 6: Take a picture

You can do it at the Dejvická metro station.

There is a photo booth near the entrance to the metro. There you can take a photo. Price 100 CZK. Payment only in cash.


Step 7: Get Buddy Pack

This is a small packet of tips and information about studying. A Buddy Pack will be prepared for each international student.

Step 8: Show the campus
